Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lisanna Nails. We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality nail products to your doorstep, whether you are in Estonia, Europe, or the United States.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Important Note on Pre-orders:
If your order includes items marked as "Pre-order", these products will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our studio. The estimated arrival time for each pre-order item is specified directly on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer different shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Lisanna Nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), especially for shipments to the USA or the UK.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also contact us at companyxclub@gmail.com for assistance.
