  • Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Euros (€). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Pre-orders: Products marked as "Pre-order" are not yet in stock. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that delivery will occur only once the item is available in our studio.

 

3. Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, which supports major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled via third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, Omniva).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their respective countries (especially for USA and UK orders).

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons (nail products).

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
