Refund Policy

At Lisanna Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers residing in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, please ensure that:

The item was received within the last 14 days.

The product is in its original packaging.

The product is unused and undamaged.

Hygiene Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, nail polishes, gels, and other liquid beauty products can only be returned if the safety seal is intact and the product remains unopened.
3. Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items follow the same refund rules as in-stock items. The 14-day return period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical goods.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a UV lamp that does not turn on), please contact us immediately at [lisa@lisannanails.com] with:

Photos or a short video of the defect. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address in Estonia.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used nail lamps or opened beauty products.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Gift cards.
